The raising of the value of the France coyn in equipoll since ye year 1664, is equipollent to a Duty of 33$\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{3}}$ per cent laid upon all English commodities {illeg}by the king of France & taken off from all French commodities by the parliamt of England since that time.
