By Order of My Lord Trearer I send You inclosed Mr Anstis's Memoll: to his Lordp touching the raysing of the Peice {sic} of One shilling & six pence more on every Hundred of Tyn hereafter to be sold in Cornwall which You are to consider and Report Yor Opinion thereon to his Lordp with all convenient speed.
