Humbly Sheweth.


That in her late Majesties Reign he humbly Proposed to make halfe pence and farthings of the Same Brittish COpper as the Medals herewith humby {sic} Offered to Yo.er Lordships View are made with.

He therefore humby {sic} Proposeth to Serve Yoer Lordships with Copper Plates, of the same Goodness as the Meddalls (wch were made of this Copper) att 19.d ꝑ pound and to take back the waste att 412 ꝑ pound Change.
